Chuck is originally from Chicago and has been an Island visitor since the late 70’s and over the years he was continually drawn to the Islands’ special magic….
Chuck’s prior professional career included a background in accounting and finance, self employed in the City’s financial district. As an owner of many island properties over the years, his expertise in renovation and remodeling has provided an additional dimension for clients.
Sanibel became home in 2000, and Chuck became a full time Realtor assisting buyers and sellers on these special islands. Buying or selling….Chuck’s energy, knowledge and expertise continue to provide a positive experience for his clients.
Chuck is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
When he’s not busy in the real estate business Chuck still enjoys the Island’s magic….and as a full time resident that specializes in Island properties, he continues to share this enthusiasm with clients.
